Craft Fair and Market Stall Planner

Plan your craft fairs and markets, pack the right stock, log every sale and see which events actually pay. This spreadsheet is built for makers who sell in person: at craft fairs, Christmas markets, pop-up shops and farmers' markets.

WHAT IT DOES

• Events: plan up to 50 fairs with date, location, stall fee, travel, other costs, hours at the stall and status.
• Packing & Stock: for each event, list what you pack. Sold and Left fill in from your sales, with a note when a line sells out or moves slowly.
• Sales Log: 1,000 lines. Pick the event and product from dropdowns, enter quantity and cash or card. Price comes from your product list unless you type a different one.
• Card fees: enter your own card reader rate (percentage and fixed fee per card sale) once in Settings. Fees start at 0 so you set what your provider charges.
• Event Results: revenue (cash and card), cost of goods, stall and travel costs, card fees, profit, profit per hour and best seller for every event, with a running total.
• Checklist: a reusable 31-item packing list (float, card reader, table cover, signage, bags and more).

HOW TO USE IT

• An .xlsx spreadsheet with no macros. Tested in LibreOffice Calc; not yet opened in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Open the .xlsx in your spreadsheet app.
• Start with the Start Here tab, then fill in Settings and Events.

• Checked by recalculation.
• Profit means sales minus cost of goods, event costs and card fees. It does not include your time or tax. This is a planning tool, not accounting or tax advice, and it does not promise any level of sales or income.
