The routines are EXACTLY what I did to progress to the level that I am at now, therefore may be extremely beneficial to anyone wanting to start calisthenics! There is also detailed information on the diet that I followed which helped me go from 40kg to 66kg. However, I am also not a dietitian so please take it all with a pinch of salt!
This ebook is made for a beginner to an intermediate level of calisthenics, and can help guide you through your journey. The ebook does not contain any tutorials on skills, however it teaches how to train skills as well how to combine different training methods.
