Kick-Starters™ - Listen! The 3R’s of Active Listening

This resource provides the 3 key components to demonstrating active listening when communicating with others. The framework is put to the test using a common example of an interaction with an employee. You will learn how active listening skills can enable an employer to turn around the attitudes and perceptions of the employee, whilst securing positive future outcomes for the business using the 3R's of active listening. You can re-use the framework for your own circumstances, and identify which of the 3Rs is most appropriate for different situations.
