Residential Schools, Indian Day Schools and the 94 Calls to Action

Our comprehensive resource package provides educators with accessible tools and lesson plans to introduce students to the history of Residential Schools and Indian Day Schools, as well as the 94 Calls to Action by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada. Designed for upper elementary and middle school classrooms, these resources support meaningful discussions on reconciliation, encourage critical thinking, and foster empathy and understanding. Created with Indigenous and non-Indigenous perspectives, this package aims to empower teachers to guide students on a journey of learning, respect, and reflection.
