Synopsis: This Christmas story begins with an unexpected detour. When three eccentric wise men arrive at La Befana's doorstep claiming they're chasing a star to find a newborn King, the skeptical housekeeper is swept into a hilarious evening of wonder, faith, and unlikely friendship—one that inspires the legend of Italy's beloved Christmas gift-bringer.

Nic Thomas is an Acquisition Coordinator and writer residing in Dallas, Texas. She earned her Bachelor's in Psychology with a focus in research from Samford University. She writes stories of hope and comfort typically of the fantastical nature, often incorporating classic elements of mythology and fairy tales. Her proudest achievement is publishing her research project "Self-monitoring, Mask-wearing, and COVID: How Political Views Shape Behavior during a Pandemic," which was invited to be presented at the South Eastern Psychology Association Convention. In her free time she enjoys being outside, finding peace and inspiration in the nature around her.
