These EASY to make cowls, with their lush lace and ribbing, will keep you warm all winter. The easy-to-memorize pattern flows from a ribbed edge and knits up quickly – no cable needle required! Instructions are both written and charted. Worked seamlessly in-the-round from the lower edge up, there are 3 sizes to choose from.

NOTE: For a matching Beanie or Slouch Hat and/or Fingerless Mitts, check out my other listings. All three patterns are available for a discounted price in the SMOKESTACK COLLECTION E-Book.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A FINISHED ITEM. It's a PDF of a pattern so you can make your own cowls.

BONUS: Pattern includes instructions for THREE sizes!
- Small and Medium - single-layer
- Long, worn as a single long loop or wrapped double for extra warmth

SPECIAL FEATURE: The Medium size uses 3 different needle gauges to create a tapered shape – close and cozy at your chin and wider at the lower edge - for extra coverage to fight the chilly winds. On especially wintry days, you can pull it up as a hood to keep your ears warm!
