Cheese that's grown hair and is strutting around in there? What is it? Usually, the culprit is that long-forgotten vegetable or leftover lasagna that was SUPPOSED to be eaten weeks ago, and it just never quite made it to the table again. And now you need a HAZMAT team to come in and clean it away before it takes over the entire house, or maybe even the city, With this inventory journal, you can keep a daily record of what's there, what's been eaten, or removed, what needs using or disposed of soon, and where it's located in the fridge.
