A few years ago, I honestly thought past lives were nonsense. I didn’t give it much thought at all. And then… curiosity started nudging me. I realized I had all these “conclusions” about the universe that were holding me back, so I decided to just see what might happen if I let go a little and explored with an open mind.
I did a bit of research, read people’s stories, and came across some fascinating findings — everything from children recalling past lives offering insights into real events, to discoveries in archaeology. Still, I was skeptical. But curiosity got the better of me, and over a year ago, I tried a past life ceremony.
I’ll be honest — I saw some interesting things, but my logical mind struggled to truly surrender. I kept trying to control the experience, to “make sense” of it. It wasn’t until I spent time deepening my inner work, exploring my nervous system, and practicing letting go that I returned to it… and wow. The insights, the healing, the understanding that came through — it was powerful.
That experience led me to train formally in this modality, because I saw how much it can offer. Regardless of whether you “believe” in past lives or not, our subconscious communicates through symbols, stories, and archetypes. About Me
I’m Matthew, The Sovereign Alchemist—a certified trauma-informed coach, Reiki practitioner, NLP practitioner, and NARM facilitator. My journey into healing and empowerment has been shaped by my own deep connection with spirituality and a lifelong relationship with God. From studying revelation at the age of 13 to continuously sharpening my gifts, I’ve wrestled with and sought understanding from the divine, always searching for deeper truths.
Through my work, I’ve learned one essential truth: you’re not broken. You don’t need fixing, you need to be embraced, empowered, and reminded of the power that’s always been within you. My role as a guide is to walk with you on your healing journey—helping you release the patterns, beliefs, and emotional wounds that no longer serve you, and support you in remembering the wholeness that is your birthright.
I use a combination of trauma-informed coaching, Reiki, NLP, and NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) to guide you through the process of self-healing and transformation. Whether you’re working through trauma, spiritual awakening, or simply seeking alignment with your higher self, I’m here to help you create the space to explore, heal, and ultimately step into your sovereignty.
I believe that true healing is not about fixing what’s broken—it’s about embracing all parts of you, especially those that have been hidden, denied, or forgotten. My work is deeply intuitive, always rooted in compassion, and focused on empowering you to reclaim your power and truth.
