What To Expect
This course includes -
- 7 modules each with a downloadable workbook (a new module will be released every 4 days from enrolment date, to allow reflection time between modules, however you can slow down the pace of the course as much as you like)
- Psychoeducation on matrescence, with an emphasis on the identity shift that happens in motherhood
- Practical, evidence-based strategies for emotional regulation in early motherhood
- Reflection & journaling prompts
- Guided meditation recordings
- Includes 12 months course access so you can complete the course and return to it at your own pace (workbooks and meditations are downloadable for you to keep beyond this 12 months)

Is This Course For Me?
This course may be suitable for you if you are a new mum and you are:

- Seeking practical strategies to support emotional wellbeing throughout motherhood
This course is not suitable for you if you are:
- Experiencing mental illness and require immediate psychological support. This may include depression, anxiety, OCD, schizophrenia, paranoia, hallucinations, delusions, addiction, trauma, PTSD or suicidal ideation
- Currently experiencing significant distress that is impacting your ability to safely engage with self-guided material
- Seeking individualised assessment, diagnosis, psychological treatment or personalised therapeutic support
- Seeking a therapeutic relationship with a Psychologist
