InclusiveEd Practitioner Licence – Ages 11+
InclusiveEd Practitioner Licence – Ages 11+
A professional visual resource library for practitioners supporting teenagers and young people aged 11+ with anxiety, overwhelm, confidence, self-understanding, emotional regulation, communication, resilience and future planning.
Created for therapists, counsellors, SEND professionals, wellbeing practitioners, coaches, mentors, youth workers, pastoral practitioners and other professionals working with adolescents, the library provides accessible visual tools for one-to-one support, therapeutic work, mentoring and structured wellbeing conversations.
Teenagers do not always find it easy to explain what is happening internally. Long worksheets, abstract questions and heavily written activities can add to the pressure.
InclusiveEd resources help make thinking visible through visual mind maps, structured reflection tools, anxiety worksheets, confidence resources, emotional regulation activities, self-awareness tools and practical planning resources.
Areas covered include
- teenage anxiety and overwhelm
- emotional regulation and recovery
- confidence and self-esteem
- resilience and coping
- identity and self-understanding
- communication and pupil voice
- recognising triggers and early warning signs
- thoughts, emotions and behaviour
- friendships and relationships
- strengths and personal qualities
- goal setting and future planning
- motivation and taking back control
- grounding and calming strategies
- school-related stress and support
- interactive visual self-understanding tools
The resources can be selected according to the individual rather than followed as a fixed programme.
They may be particularly useful when supporting neurodivergent teenagers, young people with SEND, dyslexia, anxiety, executive-function difficulties, emotional overwhelm or communication differences, and young people who engage more easily with visual and low-writing approaches.
The 11+ library also provides a useful bridge into young adulthood, making some resources suitable for older teenagers who are preparing for further education, work, independence or other life transitions.
Suitable for
Teen therapists, counsellors, SEND and SEN practitioners, youth workers, wellbeing coaches, pastoral staff, mentors, education professionals and other practitioners supporting adolescent mental health, wellbeing and personal development.
Licence
12-month access for one individual practitioner.
Resources may be used in the practitioner’s own direct work with young people during the active licence period.
This licence does not permit resale, redistribution or sharing the resource library with other practitioners.
