The backstory:

It was a long year of trying to catch the next spark. Wherever it would pop. To see what new things life teaches me and try to learn how to live, mentally and spiritually. I guess you could say this was about growing and making memories. I had no idea what I was going for, I only knew it was going to end with a story about coming to a land with a very peculiar mansion: a house full of rooms. A place where everyone can live in harmony.

I write pretty obliviously. I never knew what style I was going to take on next. I like to keep the fire dancing and I also liked the long weeks of anticipating the next piece of work—whatever it might be. It took about a year to write this book and some more months putting it together. I really don't know how much it will touch people. But right now I realize part of Child of Earth is about uniting people and forgiving each other. That's the only way we can heal from our wounds.
