Regina Geames was born and resides in Rochester, New York, where she is a License Minister with the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church. She attended the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York and Covenant Bible Theology School, Tallahassee, FL.
Ms. Geames embraces her gift as an Encourager through her vision as Founder of B.H.E.I.R.S. (Building Healthy External/Internal Relationships Steadfastly). A Conduit for Mind, Body & Spiritual Wellness for Black Women: Breaking the Cycle of “Unhealthy Normalcy.“ She passionately speaks on the topic, “The plight of Black Women's Mental Well Being; Why we’re Dying!”
Regina Geames have initiated social and in person communities for hundreds, fostering Mother - Daughter Relationship Building; Self - Love for Women; and Heart Truth Chat Safe Spaces for intimate, real, uncut conversations for Women by Women. She's presented many Summits that leads with, Health of Black Women. Her voice has been sought for print, radio and speaking engagements on topics of Relationship Building; Black Women's Health and Creating Safe Spaces for Spiritual Growth.
Since 2017 Ms. Geames has presented her Annual Signature Event: "The Fashion Poetry Blend" that focuses on Mental Wellness of Black Women. Currently she is taking her decades of Event Training to support Black Christian Women Empowerment Event Leaders with Intensive Training. Her endeavor is to support 7 million black women by helping them elevate their audience reach and their income, one Event/Training at a time. In doing so her desire is to help eradicate Black Women's death caused by “stress” related health illnesses. Ms. Geames wholeheartedly believes that “you must BE in the game to have a chance to WIN at BEing the change you want to see and lead others to join you.
Aware that Event Planning can be among the highest stressful careers to undertake as well as one of the most rewarding; It was her own “undiagnosed” mental illness and her passion for serving that led her to seek God’s design for her healthy lifestyle while operating in her Purpose.
