This cowl pattern is a special collaboration with a super local to me yarn producer! This
naturally dyed yarn comes from Finn sheep that live at the top of my hill. You can find it
here. The exact colors used in this version of the cowl are not available but there are equally gorgeous colors to choose from on the website (and some suggested combos).
The Mt Warner cowl is worked in the round starting with a provisional cast on. The two ends are then grafted together.

Note: This sample was blocked wider at the bottom than at the top to create a gentle funnel shape. The circumference at the bottom is closer to 28” / 71cm.

US 6 / 4mm circular needle, 16” / 40cm length
Spare US 6 / 4mm circular needle, 16” / 40cm length (for grafting the two ends together)
Always use a needle size that will result in the correct gauge after blocking.
