I am a Professional Certified Personal Trainer and a sponsored NPC Bikini athlete of Complete Nutrition. I have 6+ years experience in fitness coaching and training. I have trained stay-at-home moms, university professors, seniors, bodybuilders and bikini athletes. My online 12 week NPC bikini competition preparation consists of customized meal and workout plans based from your current fitness level and designed to meet your specific goals. You will check in with me via email every two weeks with progress photos and body measurements. We will discuss any questions, thoughts, ideas and struggles and I will make changes to your diet and workout plan based off of this discussion. I also can supply competition information, what to expect during "peak week" and show day, where to purchase show bikinis, heels, tanning, etc. If you have a goal, I give you the tools to achieve that goal.
