Small B2B Team Enquiry Handling SOP Kit — 6 SOPs & Trackers

One enquiry. One owner. One next action.

An editable operating kit for a small exporter, wholesaler or B2B service team using a shared inbox. Six procedures connect the incoming message, the qualification decision, a named owner, the next action and the review record. CSV worksheets are provided as blank templates and separately labelled fictional examples. This is a manual working system, not a connected CRM or an automatic email sender.

What you receive

• 6 editable SOPs: intake, qualification, ownership, information requests, handover and weekly review.
• 5 practical worksheet designs, each supplied as a blank CSV and a separately labelled fictional example.
• A searchable offline HTML library with copy buttons, individual editable Markdown resources, supporting guides, a worked example, README, licence and version details.

How to use

Unzip the complete folder, open START_HERE.html in your browser, choose the relevant resource and adapt it to your actual business. You can also edit the Markdown text and import the CSV worksheets into a compatible spreadsheet editor. Review every email before sending.

Formats and requirements

English HTML, Markdown, CSV and TXT. A desktop browser and a text editor are sufficient for the library; a compatible spreadsheet editor is useful for CSV files. No AI or Notion account is required. This is not a native Notion workspace or a connected software service. DOCX, XLSX and pre-generated PDF files are not included. No email sending, inbox connection, automatic reminders or custom setup is included.

Licence and support

One business, up to three internal users. Adapted outputs may be used in normal business activities; source templates may not be resold or redistributed. Digital product only; no physical item. Examples are fictional. No sales or revenue result is guaranteed. Contact john@karuu.net for download problems or file defects. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
