A 6-12 week workout program for building a bigger booty and stronger legs. 

If you’re a heavy girl, like me, you know working out can be tricky, which is why I wanted to create my own program that is gentle on knees, back and feet, but will still work your glutes and legs to the max. Of course, it works just as well for my slimmer girls who wants to build a bigger booty. I do want to mention that this is not a workout program for losing weight, but to build muscle and shape your body.
