COMPATIBILITY

Designed for desktop use; tested in Microsoft Edge on Windows. No Excel, paid account or internet connection is needed for core use after download. Local HTML use on iPhone/iPad has not been verified. Supports one business, GBP and one combined cash balance.

YOUR DATA

Records stay in this browser unless you export them. Local storage and backup files are not encrypted. There is no cloud sync or bank connection. Export a backup before clearing browser data or changing device. Keep original receipts separately; receipt references are supported, not file attachments.

This is the v1.0 review edition: a bookkeeping and planning companion, not a replacement for full accounting, payroll or tax-filing software. It is not HMRC-recognised or MTD filing software. Reports are management workings, not statutory accounts. VAT review uses simple UK domestic invoice-date records; special VAT schemes, refunds/credit notes and multi-account banking are outside this edition. Payroll tax and payslip calculations require separate services. Ask your accountant to review your figures before using them for returns.
