minute 0-7
Amrap of:
40 lateral jumps over the dumbbell
30 goblet squats/ front squats/ air squats
20 Dumbbell push-ups/ hand release push-ups/ normal push ups

minute 9-14
Emom x 5
12-15 v-ups

minute 16-23
Amrap of:
40 lateral jumps over the dumbbell
30 dumbbell deadlifts
20 dips (can be done on a bench, box, parallel bars, rings etc.)

Minute 25-30
Emom x 5
12-15 V-ups

Accessory:

5 sets
20 strict anchored sit-ups
15 dumbbell bent over rows
rest 90 seconds between sets
