Hi I am Kees!
Ever since turning 16 years old, I have been obsessed with the fitness industry. From movements and training techniques to getting people healthy, has been my main focus for the past decade.
Currently, I am coaching CrossFit and doing personal training sessions in the U.K, but I have coached in The Netherlands, Australia and the United States. Right now I am training to run a sub 1:30 half marathon, while keeping up my strength and CrossFit specific training.
Outside of the gym I love to go hiking, climbing, kayaking, biking and all other things you can think of that involve being active, being outdoors and having a good time.
All of my e-Books have the goal of making sure that you're able to reach any and all fitness goals without breaking the bank. I want you to be able to reach all of your goals by having fun with the workouts I provide within the books.
