30 seconds max front raises
15 seconds rest
30 seconds max bent over side raises
60 seconds rest


10 minute emom
minute 1: 10-12 DB bicep curls
minute 2: 10-12 DB skull crushers


*Scaling options:
·        Bench press - dumbbell bench press / floor press / hand release push ups

*RX+ options:
·        15 reps for both Bench press and pendlay rows

·        Boulder side raises instead of normal side raises
