The 8 week squat cycle.

This is basically the programming I followed to get from 125 kilos to 140 kilos and from 140 kilos to 150 kilos.

This squat cycle focuses on 4 different elements. Raw strength, time under tension, speed and positioning. These 4 elements will make you progress like no other.

The program is divided up into 3 days per week. Each day will have it's own element to focus on. 
All of these days and weeks are focused on following a week by week progression.

Strength has never come easy to me. So I know, if it works for me it will work for you too.
