9 Week Leg & Glutes Trainer

This training plan is designed to help you build muscle and reduce body fat.  It contains a combination of strength training exercise, high intensity interval training (HIIT), and low intensity steady state cardio (LISS).  The plan is broken into three 3 week rotations, with each cycle building on the previous.  The focus of the program will be on legs and glutes and will help you get a more shapely and strong lower body.
