I’m not your typical nutrition coach – I’m a nationally certified fitness and nutrition coach who's on a mission to break free from damaging beliefs about food and health.


For the past seven years, I've been guiding people from all corners of the globe on a journey to truly enjoy food and embrace a healthy lifestyle.


My inspiration? Blame it on my Italian roots and the vibrant life in Spain. It led me to explore the treasures of the Mediterranean, and that journey birthed my blog, Happy Mediterranean Life, and fueled my role as the founder of Invincible Women Fitness Academy.
