This issue #7 titled “Savage Beauty” gives a shout out to us humans around the world and to our uniqueness—we are beautiful in our own special way. In Fashion Talk, Kaylene Peoples discuss the world of Avant-garde fashion and spotlight iconic designer Alexander McQueen by referencing his posthumous fashion exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the book "Savage Beauty." In this rapidly changing world of ours, the standard of beauty is shifting. This issue features some of McQueen’s most effectual designs throughout his career. We have some exciting interviews with director/producer/screenwriter Rosemary Rodriguez ("The Walking Dead," "The Good Wife") who openly talks directing and filmmaking and what it's like to be a female director in a male-dominated industry. Arting Around’s Sheryl Aronson interviews actor Rob Morrow ("Northern Exposure," "Numb3rs") about his acting and his burgeoning music career with his group, The Rob Morrow Band.

Kaylene Peoples interviews platinum-selling recording artist Basia who has just released her new CD Butterflies; Peoples also interviews painter Tom Wright who talks about his art, ranging from oil paints to mixed media; And finally, read Kaylene's review of a new documentary about a child prodigy who became a chef, titled Chef Flynn.

Well, the reviews are in and it looks good for 'Plex' as Shahada Karim breaks down the differences and similarities of Olaplex and Cureplex hair products. Other articles include Cannabis as a new beauty option; and beauty consumers expect wellness attributes to be added to their skincare and hair products.

Agenda Bloggers introduces Wise Remedies by Melanie Wise, a new column where Melanie talks about health, fitness, wellness, and related topics. Photographer Ash Gupta shot our cover with influencers Korrie Gray Hayes and Mirjana Mira Zuber; and Ananyaa Shah is Ash Gupta's Face of the Season.
