The Teabag Bookmark is a quick, easy, and no-sew crochet pattern from Sweet Softies’ Chapter Keepers Collection.

MATERIALS

Medium weight 4 yarn in desired colors (I used approximately 3.5 yards of white, 7 yards of brown, and 1.5 yards of green)

2.75mm crochet hook

6mm plastic safety eyes (x2)

Stuffing

Yarn needle

Scissors

Optional: black and pink thread for sewing details

SIZE

Teabag width: 1.5”

Teabag height (not including string): 2”

LEVEL

★★☆☆☆ Familiar Beginner. Requires familiarity with stitches used (below).

STITCHES USED (US TERMS)

MR = magic ring

FO = fasten off

ch = chain

sk = skip

sl st = slip stitch

sc = single crochet

inc = increase (insert 2 sc in same st)

dec = decrease (sc 2 sts together)

hdc = half double crochet
