AI writes programs that look complete and quietly skip a muscle, ignore rest times and tell you to jump a 6 kg dumbbell to 8 kg. These 10 prompts make it count weekly sets, show every weight jump as a percentage, and progress you session to session. Each prompt comes with a worked example whose numbers we recomputed.

What it is

A 34-page PDF kit (US Letter; A4 and phone versions included) of 10 copy-paste prompts for ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude: build a program from your real schedule and equipment, audit any program before you start it, fit sessions into your time, pick a progression rule, set next-session targets from your log, estimate your max, get unstuck, plan a lighter week, track weekly progress and train in a hotel gym.

What makes it different

  • Counting, not vibes. Every program the AI writes comes with weekly hard sets and training days per muscle, using one stated counting rule. In the example, a 4-day split from another AI chat gives the hamstrings 1.5 sets a week; the fixed version gets every major muscle 10 or more sets on 2 days.
  • Weight jumps as percentages. The progression prompt applies the 2-for-2 rule and shows each jump as a % of the load, and holds back when the next dumbbell is a 33% jump.
  • Session time that includes rest. Minutes are estimated from sets, work time and rest, so a "60-minute" plan does not take 80.
  • Methods with sources. Benchmarks come from the ACSM position stands (2026 and 2009), meta-analyses on training volume and load (Schoenfeld et al., 2017) and WHO guidelines. Estimated maxes use the Epley and Brzycki formulas, side by side.

FAQ

Do I need a paid AI plan? No. The prompts work with the free versions of ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude.

Kilograms or pounds? Both. The prompts ask for your plate and dumbbell steps; the examples use kg.

Is this a training program? It includes one full example program, but the point is the prompts: they build a program around your days, time and equipment and then keep it progressing.

Is it written by AI? The prompts, rules, checks and notes are ours. The example answers were generated with Claude (one model) and every set count, minute, % and estimated max was recomputed by us. The training logs in the examples were typed by us to show how each rule works.

Refunds? 14 days, no questions asked: write to aibezstrestu@gmail.com with your order number.
