About Me
I’m Chani — founder of Your Zen Mentor and a dental assistant of 15+ years.
My journey through dentistry taught me so much about people, purpose, and patience… but most importantly, it taught me self-love.
Every day in the operatory, I showed up for patients, doctors, teams, and families… but somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn’t showing up for myself the same way.
Dentistry taught me how to slow down, breathe, give myself grace, and refill my cup.
Now, I help assistants do the same — to grow in leadership while still honoring themselves.
