One 32” circular needle, US 6 / 4 mm or size needed to get gauge

Notions 

Cable needle, tapestry needle to weave in ends, blocking materials (wool wash, towel, pins)

Gauge 

21 sts and 26 rows = 4” / 10 cm in the following stitch pattern, knit flat, after blocking.
