Finding Jewish Themes in the Movie Groundhog Day

This 150 minute program (including 100 minutes of watching the movie), is designed for primary and middle school. Students will watch the movie Groundhog Day and connect it the Jewish concepts such as reinforcing ideas by repeating them (i.e. reading the Torah over each year, saying the same prayers at services, celebrating the same holidays each year...etc) and reflecting on our own ability to change over time (without having to repeat the same day over and over!)
