Inside Out and Mental Health

In this program, students learn about the importance of emotional diversity, ways to take care of their own emotional diversity, and some resources that can help people with their mental health; all through the lens of the film Inside Out. The 85 minute version for younger children (elementary/middle school) and the 60 minute version for older children (middle/high school) are included.
