Review Reply Writer for Google, Yelp & Other Reviews (AI Agent Skill)

Calm, specific replies to customer reviews (good, bad or strange) that you post yourself.

WHAT IT DOES

• Tone rules for six review types: positive, mostly positive, mixed, negative with specifics, negative without detail, and wrong business or abusive
• Never offers incentives for reviews, asks for a rating, or asks a reviewer to change or remove a review
• Mentions refunds, fixes or policies only when you supply that exact remedy
• A checker script flags incentives, rating requests, guarantees, refunds or freebies, accusations, private details, links, length and leftover placeholders before you post
• Handles one review or a batch. Paste reviews from Google, Yelp, Facebook, Tripadvisor or similar.

FREE VS PAID

A free basic version handles one positive or negative review at a time. This one adds the six review types, batches and the checker script.

WHAT'S IN THE DOWNLOAD

SKILL.md, a tone guide, the checker script, 4 worked examples plus a blocked bad reply, and 11 automated tests.

LIMITS

Doesn't connect to review sites, post replies, or remove or report reviews. The checker is a conservative keyword safety net (English), not a guarantee of any platform's rules.

REQUIREMENTS

• An AI agent that supports Agent Skills and can run local commands (your own account with that tool). Uses the open Agent Skills format supported by Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and others.
• Python 3.8 or newer for the script. Standard library only, makes no network calls.

DRAFTS, NOT AUTOPILOT

This skill prepares drafts and reports for you to review. It never sends email, posts replies or contacts anyone. It works on what you paste or export; it doesn't connect to your email, accounting or review sites.

AI-ASSISTED

Built with AI assistance. This skill's script passes the automated tests listed above on Python 3.8 and 3.13. Your own AI agent writes the drafts, so read every draft before it reaches a customer.

YOUR DATA

The script runs on your computer and makes no network calls. Your agent sees the content you give it under your agent/model provider's terms.
