How I use it

The log sits on a clipboard in the same place every day. I write my part before the pupils arrive, and my TA writes theirs before they leave. It takes two minutes each. The weekly page keeps us on the same plan, and it is a helpful record before an annual review.

Good for SEND classes from KS1 to post 16.
