Cultural Business Etiquette in the German Speaking Region of Europe

In this publication, I will look at the strategies that have helped me most during the many years I have conducted business in German speaking regions of Europe—primarily Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

In my experience, this region has a massive potential for any business. However, many companies and people lose out in the region because they fail to consider some communication conventions and behaviours.
