This is my first book I ever wrote. Since, I was thirteen I always like writing. One day it came into my mind I was going to write a book. Of course, this book is not very long, but it's my first one. I have the intention to write more books, but it will most likely be to help people with depression or anxiety. This book was written to help me cope with my disease and explain to people that don't understand what certain people are going through and what can cause it or what to do to prevent it.
