30 Day Social Media Coaching

If you know what you should be doing on social media but struggle to stay consistent, know what to post, or turn your content into actual enquiries, this is for you.

30 Days to put Bums on Seats

This is a 30-day group coaching programme designed for beauty, skin, aesthetics and service-based business owners who want practical support while they actually put their social media strategy into action.

We’ll start with a live group coaching session on Thursday 8th October at 8:30pm, followed by 30 days of coaching and support from Saturday 10th October inside a private WhatsApp group.

You’ll get help with content ideas, hooks, captions, positioning, what to post, what’s working, what isn’t, and how to make your social media fit around running your actual business.

This isn’t about posting more for the sake of it.

It’s about becoming more confident, more consistent and more strategic — with support there when you get stuck.

10 Spaces - 8th October

Only 10 spaces are available so the group stays small enough for proper feedback and individual support.

Perfect if you want accountability, guidance and someone in your corner for the next 30 days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be good at social media already?

Not at all. The group is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re starting from scratch or already posting regularly, I’ll help you make your content clearer, stronger and more effective.

What support do I actually get during the 30 days?

You’ll be part of a small private WhatsApp group of maximum 10 participants where I’ll provide daily guidance, content prompts, feedback and support with things like hooks, captions, ideas, positioning and what to post. We’ll also start with a live group coaching session.

What if I’m busy and can’t keep up every day?

Part of the coaching is to help you realise that social media can be as easy or as difficult as you make it.

The aim is to give you ideas, structure and confidence so posting feels much more manageable.

Consistency is key, so where possible I’d encourage you to post every day, with one optional rest day each week. The idea isn’t to overwhelm you, it’s to help you build momentum and see what can happen when you show up consistently for 30 days.
