Community
Practice alongside people who value rest, connection, wholeness, and creating lives that feel more free.
You want more than a one-time experience.
You want a consistent practice that helps you come back to your body, your inner wisdom, and yourself.
You don't need another space asking you to perform, produce, or become someone else.
You want somewhere you can simply be.
Come to your first complimentary Sunday Session. Experience the work for yourself.
And if something in you says, “I want more of this,” you're invited to stay.

At Selah Solace Within, we believe practices that support rest, healing, and reconnection should be accessible to everyone.
We are especially committed to creating welcoming spaces for Black, Brown, Indigenous, and historically underserved communities—communities that have often carried generations of stress and trauma while having less access to spaces intentionally created for rest and restoration.
Breathwork doesn't ask us to explain everything we've lived through or think our way into healing. It offers another pathway: an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with the body, listen inward, and create space for whatever is ready to emerge.
This is a space where you are invited to come as you are.
All are welcome who enter with respect, openness, and care for the community.
Because rest matters. Healing matters. And sometimes freedom begins with a breath. 💜
