With 22 years in education, I've had the profound honor of supporting thousands of students, families, and fellow educators through their journeys of growth and transformation. But my path to becoming a a life coach and sound healing practitioner came from a deeply personal need for my own restoration. After years of giving, teaching, and holding space for others, I found myself depleted, disconnected from my intuition, and hungry for a practice that could help me remember who I was beneath all the doing. Sound healing became my sanctuary. It gave me permission to simply be, to feel, to release, and to reconnect with the divine feminine wisdom that had been waiting patiently within me all along.
