Window Cleaning Pricing Calculator: Price Per Pane, Trip Fee & Real Hourly Rate (Job Math Sheet, Excel + Google Sheets)

A job-pricing sheet for solo residential and storefront window cleaners. Type in your pay goal, monthly costs and up to 4 services, and it shows what each job really pays you per hour, counting setup, cleanup and the drive.

For each service it shows

• Real hourly rate at the price you charge today

• Break-even price: the lowest price that pays your target hourly

• Cost floor: the price that only covers costs. Never quote below it.

• Suggested price: target pay plus your profit goal, rounded up

• STATUS: LOSES MONEY, BELOW TARGET PAY, BELOW PROFIT GOAL, or ON TARGET

• Trip fee / job minimum, plus optional distance bands

• Price per pane: current, break-even and suggested, so you can build a per-pane rate card

Card fees, vehicle cost per mile, fixed monthly costs and a tax set-aside are all counted. Owner pay and business profit are kept separate so you can see both.
