What can you expect from the day

Our Cardiac Mentors team will guide you during the day on how to adopt a Whole Foods Plant Based Diet and how this will help with cardiovascular issues and more. During the session you will learn about foods that have special properties, nutrition, transition foods, supplements, exercise and gut health. We will do some cooking and sample the delights of a plant based meal.

During the session we can talk about what success looks like. What areas to understand in relation to changes as your health improves and the discussions you should have with your doctor as your body gets healthier.
