My Obsession to My Passion
For years I found myself hating food and my body. I was uncomfortable, insecure, unmotivated, always tired but could never sleep, emotionally drained and exhausted and trying every possible fad diet to loose the unwanted kilos, only to find no longer term results. Eventually I had enough and I started researching the science behind weight lose. The girl you see today is happy, energetic, motivated, healthy, fit and even though i am not where I want to be I am happy with myself. I have learnt to except and love myself for who I am and it has changed all aspects of my life!
I have created a basic 14 page eBook explaining how I had lost the weight and turned my life around. It is not a one off meal plan set in stone but the steps to guide YOU to take control of your life because that is what it is really about. You could go out and get a 4 week meal plan but I believe you are setting yourself up for failure. If you want to see a change, you must be the change and only you can do that for yourself.
