Inspection Workbench — Exploded-View Starter Kit for Unity

Build an interactive inspection station with three original fictional props: a sample container, signal beacon and tool case. This is a Unity developer source kit, not a standalone app or engineering simulation.

Included: original C# runtime controller and editor builder, reusable prefab, saved demo scene, meshes, materials, setup instructions, commercial-use license and three actual screenshots. The ZIP includes a .unitypackage and matching Assets source folder—use either import method.

Controls: mouse/keyboard orbit, clamped zoom, reset, named and numbered part selection, reversible 0–100% separation slider, previous/next prop and on-screen help. Explicit offsets keep assembly positions stable; a built-in 100-cycle drift self-check is included.

Tested configuration: Unity 6000.6.7f1 with Universal Render Pipeline 17.6.0 on Windows, keyboard and mouse. Clean import, editor Play mode and a Windows standalone build were checked. Other Unity versions, pipelines, mobile, touch, XR and WebGL are not validated. Buyers need a suitable Unity installation and URP; Unity components are not included or relicensed.

One shutdown crash occurred during automated testing; subsequent tests, including three manual runs, closed normally.

Runtime logs report unsupported/stripped URP Depth of Field and Panini Projection shaders; those postprocessing passes do not execute. The demo uses desktop IMGUI and approximate colliders, with no screen-reader or engineering-accuracy claim. No networking, ads, analytics, audio or external services.

License: use and modify the original assets in personal or commercial projects and distribute them within compiled apps/games. Contractors may access them solely for your projects. Do not resell or redistribute the source kit, standalone assets or public source repositories. Attribution is optional; Unity components are excluded.
