By purchasing and using this VRChat avatar ("Product"), you agree to the following terms ("Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully before making a purchase.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Product within VRChat, subject to the terms below.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

Use the Product as your personal avatar in VRChat.
Modify the Product for your own personal use, provided modifications are never shared, distributed, or sold in any form.
Use the Product in commercial contexts such as streaming, video creation, VTubing, and similar content, provided the Product itself is not the subject of the transaction (i.e., viewers are paying for your content, not for access to the Product).

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, or otherwise transfer the Product, in original or modified form, to any party who has not purchased it directly from an authorized store.
Upload the Product as a public avatar in VRChat, or in any manner that allows users who have not purchased it to clone, wear, or access it.
Create derivative works based on the Product for the purpose of sale, distribution, or any commercial transfer.
Offer the Product — or access to it — as part of a paid service, bundle, subscription, or other commercial arrangement.
Use the Product in a way that misrepresents it as your own original creation.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Product, including but not limited to design, code, textures, rigging, and other assets, remain the exclusive property of the original creator. Purchase grants a license to use the Product under this Agreement; it does not transfer ownership.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Product.

7. Termination

The creator reserves the right to revoke your license at any time, without notice, if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and delete all copies in your possession.

8. Changes to this Agreement

The version of this Agreement in effect at the time of your purchase governs your license to the Product. Any future changes to this Agreement apply only to purchases made after those changes take effect and do not alter the terms of prior purchases.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
