Learn to Knit in 7 Days – Interactive Beginner App

Learn to knit from your first loop with a self-paced HTML app for complete beginners. Seven guided lessons pair clear reading with practical yarn-and-needle tasks, so you can build a small garter-stitch project at your own pace.

AT A GLANCE

• Seven written lessons, 21 daily questions and a 12-question final check.

• Eight practice tools, including row counters, a gauge calculator and pattern-language exercises.

• Local progress, a reflection notebook, backup and restore, and seven display themes.

• Works as an offline HTML app after downloading; optional source links need internet.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Your ZIP contains Learn-to-Knit-in-7-Days.html, a five-page printable reference PDF, START-HERE.txt and a personal-use licence. The app also includes an original coaster exercise and a personalised certificate you can print after meeting the course checks. Yarn and needles are not included.

FEATURES AND WORKFLOW

FOLLOW A GENTLE PATH: Work through seven suggested days, from the basics of English-style flat knitting to a small coaster. “Seven days” is a lesson structure, not a promise of mastery or a fixed timetable.

PRACTISE AS YOU GO: Use the technique reader, fabric explorer, row counters, gauge calculator, kit checklist and other tools beside your real knitting.

CHECK AND KEEP PROGRESS: Complete short daily questions, the final knowledge check and personal notes. Export a backup if you want to preserve or move your progress.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Download the ZIP from Payhip and extract its contents.

2. Open the HTML file in a current JavaScript-enabled browser and keep the PDF nearby if useful.

3. Start at Day 1, practise with your own yarn and needles, and export a progress backup regularly.

COMPATIBILITY AND IMPORTANT NOTES

Designed for desktop/laptop browsers, Chromebooks and compatible Android browsers that allow local HTML files to run. Desktop Chromium-based browsers were software-tested; local iPhone/iPad use is not guaranteed. No installation, account or subscription is needed for the core app. Browser storage, printing and local-file handling vary. This is written self-study, without videos, live tuition, a physical kit or accredited certification.

LICENSING

The included licence permits personal use on your own devices, a backup copy and personal printing. Do not resell, share, upload or repackage the digital files. Contact SheetSmithery for group or classroom use; statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
