Home is six weeks away... if they survive the journey.

More than two years after the EMP changed the world forever, Dr. Arnetta "Nettie" Wolff-Paul is finally heading home to the family she thought she might never see again.

What once was a day's drive now requires a multiweek journey by wagon train across a changed America. Traveling with a wagon train of families, Nettie quickly learns that the road home is anything but predictable.

As the only physician on the trail, Nettie is called to care for the sick and injured while balancing the safety of the wagon train with her calling to help those in need. Every decision carries consequences, every mile tests their resolve, and every delay threatens the dream of finally reaching home.

The road home is long. Survival is never guaranteed. But sometimes faith is found one difficult mile at a time.

Perfect for readers who love:

  • Christian post-apocalyptic survival fiction
  • EMP collapse and grid-down scenarios
  • Wagon train and frontier survival adventures
  • Faith-filled stories of hope and perseverance

Quiet Drstruction

Strong characters. Survival through shared struggles. Faith is a big part of the desire to keep going. The romanticism of a wagon train with a twist.

Quiet Destruction

I love Millie Copper's books! I particularly love following all the characters that you meet in one book, and then some books later you see them as the main character and learning what their personal story is about.
Quiet Destruction had me turning the pages to see what happens next. I really enjoyed this short story about a new journey of survival.
I'd like to know how Nettie's story ends!

A Quality Read

I have been reading Millie Copper's books for several years now. This one maintains the wholesomeness of her writing. I love how Dr. Nettie Wolff's faith is woven into the story. In this book, we learn more of her back story and the interactions of her and her husband. I love that this reflects people good and bad that are real. This is not a story of everyone not with the group is evil. Take the time to read this. You will not regret the time wpent with the characters in this book.

Fantastic story

Quiet Destructuon is the newest addition to the Havoc world. Picking up the story 2 years after the terrorist attacks it continues the story of Nettie, a new Christian, David, her new husband, as they make the long hard journey to her hometown.  Travel is very different than it was before and Millie Copper has done an excellent job at describing the hardship and successes of their perilous journey.

Traveling in a PA world

I very much enjoy Millie Cooper's continuing saga of this post apocalypse world. The setting is well described in real world based locations and scenery.
A good read, characters well developed. The story follows characters met in the Havoc series. The characters grow and develop in the challenging and changing background of a wagon train in the apocalypse. There is a strong focus on morality, growing in Christian faith, learning to adapt to a post modern world. Adventures in the story are believable, and flow to completion leaving me hungry for the next part of the continuing story.
