Meet Your Coach

Hi, I’m Samantha Ramos, the coach behind Curated Confidence.


My fitness journey started early, I was drawn to the idea of the “ideal physique” I saw growing up and quickly became immersed in sports like volleyball throughout school. Over time, fitness became more than just appearance—it became an outlet, especially during challenging seasons of my life where the gym turned into a place of structure, discipline, and clarity.


That relationship with training evolved through different phases of my life—losing consistency in college, rebuilding my routine while preparing for the police academy, and eventually taking full ownership of my health again through training and nutrition.


That path led me to working with a coach, stepping on stage as a bikini bodybuilder, and fully understanding what true transformation actually requires: structure, accountability, and consistency over time.


I created Curated Confidence to bring that same structure to other women. My approach is built around real coaching, not random plans, so you always know exactly what to do, how to progress, and how to stay consistent.


This membership was designed to remove the guesswork and replace it with clarity, support, and a system that actually works long-term.
