Case 1: If you ordered PSD Template(s), the download link for the files will be available immediately after your purchase.

Case 2: If you ordered a Cover Art, Back Cover or Lyric Video edition, the download link for your files will be sent to your email in less than 24 hours. In some cases, Lyric Video editing may take 1 to 3 days, our team will notify you if this is the case, and you will receive the download link once finished.

Make sure the download links for your order are in your email. The notification sent to your email may have ended up in the spam folder, but the download links have been delivered.

The resolution of all our covers is 3000 x 3000 px and 300 dpi.

The resolution of all our Lyric Videos is 1920 x 1080 px in horizontal format and 1080 x 1920 px in vertical format.

The long of a Lyric Video is exactly the same as the long of the song you provide.
