This tattoo can be used by almost all races:
Midlander, Miqo'te, Elezen, Au Ra and Viera..
BUT there are only black necks included for Miqo'te and Viera.
I also included a whole folder for raen users,
so you just need to put your scales on top:

Just use the middie maps and put your scales on top!
