Charted so that motif is centered on back of hand.
Size can be adjusted by using larger or smaller gauge.
Skills Needed: Working with two colors; working in the round; reading colorwork charts; cable cast-on; trapping floats; increasing; decreasing; backward loop cast on.
Yarn: 2 skeins Fingering or DK yarn, approximately 200 yds each – 1 skein each of two colors.
Needles: US size 3 [3.25 mm] double pointed needles, or size needed to obtain gauge. US size 2 [2.75 mm] double pointed needles, or size needed to obtain gauge.
Gauge: 32 sts and 36 rnds= 4" [10 cm] in charted pattern stitch on larger needles.
Other materials: Stitch markers, tapestry needle, tape measure.
