and still enjoy the little things in life. This plan consists of breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday - Friday & breakfast and lunch Saturday and Sunday (this is your 80%), leaving your weekend dinners to be enjoyed in moderation (this is your 20%).


This meal plan is intended for cutting, losing weight while maintaining muscle. These meals are high protein, low calorie meals.
