Spot changed prices, quantities, SKUs and promised dates by reconciling structured purchase orders with supplier acknowledgments.

Catch unexpected supplier changes before they disrupt your buying process.

LineLatch is a read-only, managed pilot for purchasing and operations teams. It compares structured purchase order records with structured supplier acknowledgments using exact PO ID and line ID matches, then generates a review queue for exceptions that need attention.

What the proposed $79 Founding Pilot includes

  • Up to 100 purchase-order line records in one agreed file mapping.
  • Two scoped batches during a 14-day pilot, subject to written acceptance of the supported data format.
  • A customer-readable exception summary and a source-linked technical report.

What LineLatch checks

  • Changes in unit price, ordered versus confirmed quantity, SKU and due date.
  • Unconfirmed, duplicate and unmatched acknowledgment lines.
  • Missing or incompatible currency, unit-of-measure or other required fields, flagged for manual review rather than silently converted.

How fulfillment works

Before any data exchange, we agree on the scope, redacted columns and secure submission method. This is a managed service, not an instantly delivered custom report or a software subscription. A Payhip file download, if included, is a scope and next-steps guide—not a completed analysis of your company's orders.

Important limitations

No automatic extraction from arbitrary PDF/email text, ERP writeback, supplier messaging, exchange-rate conversion, contract approval, or guaranteed savings. Different currencies or units are not converted without reliable mapping. Customers are responsible for final purchasing decisions. Synthetic examples are demonstrations only.

Current status: Purchases are paused pending verified fulfillment. Do not pay or send live documents until the service is announced as available.
